Great video, I appreciate the "devolving" methodology. Simple movements but very direct application of the QP (de)structural development. Curt's explanations are super clear and concise, other videos (not PK visions) are relatively poor quality and do not have thorough explanations. It would be awesome to see a tutorial/guide to some dynamic QP movement combined with rolls.

The quality improves with every video! Nice sweeping shots with the camera, and great narration synced up with visual examples. Awesome videos overall! Very informative! Rock on PKV!!

Are you guys ever gonna get back to the SturdyMade channel? Or is it pretty much done? It's a really useful channel, gives some simple ways to build a DIY parkour rig for cheap, and it's about the only channel on CZcams that does that properly.

Asking an athlete in a push up to sag their back while keeping hips up will result in lumber hyper extension not neutral spinal position, at the end of the downward dog Draic is in mild lumber flexion anyways, its also not clear to me why lumbar neutral is important in that drill?
