That’s what I thought too! Like she wanted them to stay unhappy 😭
@coffinkid89 I thought more like her being either annoyed he was willing to be better when she was gone but not while she was alive. Or mad that he's kind of made her previous role of peacekeepers unnecessary, and is moving into her place as favorite.

If you click the table and select 'set the table", then your sims will automatically eat there everytime!

Put off watching this because I thought it would be easy - didn't realize you'd genuinely play out the dad's bad habits. Great job!
For managing emotions, you can buy a diary and let your sims write about theit feelings. It helps getting rid of angry, ashamed and sad mood buffs quickly

Wholesome, I like this one. I noticed you did the playthrough with this family prior to our entrypoint in the story. I always wonder, how do you stand to make your sims do mean things? I guess my main sim right now is too similar to me, so I play realistically and I grow attached lol. Especially because they have children. I think once they age up though I'll be able to play them more for their own personalities/stories though XD

The Sims 4 does have skill books...like parenting is one of them. Or are you talking about something else? I unfortunately never got the chance to play the sims 2.
