The way to avoid losing relationship when an NPC asks to move in is to say yes, then cancel on the move-in screen.

Funny as always. The whole phone call ask for advice system in Sims is so doggy. I like when my parent sim becomes friends with their child and some random sim will call and be like ‘I heard you became friends with Kelly, she’s pretty cool.’ And I am like ‘weird adult how do you even know my toddler!’

I think when sims have a certain level charisma skill they can ask for money without mods. It’s called asking for a “loan” but you aren’t actually obligated to give the money back.
@@bluerazzle3848for some reason, for mine my sims don't have to give it back. you just queue 'can i have some money?' after befriending a sim, so it must be from a mod i downloaded randomly
