The deep water torps are not going to solve the problem that NOW sub vs sub is almost impossible and sub vs DD is certain death for sub.
reducing visibility of torps can be in the right direction BUT need to be done for all kind of torps.
Comnparison with kamikaze is BS . Kamikaze can torp everything and this make it perfect for late game.
