Nice one, Vince! And thank you! I'm off to listen to it now 🎶
I enjoyed your video, thank you.
gracias por este análisis, me ayudas mucho a poder apreciar la música, gracias a músicos como vos podemos escuchar y entender. gracias
Thank you! Your videos are great. Keep up the fantastic work that you do.
Btw would love to see an analysis of the underrated Schubert 1st symphony some day.
Thank you! I’ll add Schubert’s 1st to the list
In the first movement in 2,5 min of the concert after the flute solo, it seems like a train motif in the background.
Will check that out
In the last movement, in 18:21 Dvořák is experimenting with the rhythms of the winds.
maybe similar to the rhythm experiments in Wind serenade in the last movement, or in all movements too.
But I am not a musician to analyze, just a fan, but listening to his music reminds me of some of his other pieces.
Thank you that’s a really perceptive comment. I will listen to the serenade again to compare.
@@vincentsheehan3193 Maybe just a small part reminded me of it, or maybe its style.
Also, the rhythm reminds me of the Water Goblin motif. Maybe it's my imagination.
