Messiaen: Turangalila Symphonie - An Analysis

I absolutely adore this work. It really is a symphony about everything. Very interesting and informative talk and your enthusiasm and love for the piece was very clear. I never noticed one of the themes in Mvt 3 was so reminiscent of Rite of Spring opening. The piano part is horrendously difficult. On a slight more facetious note, I wondered if your jumper changes were co-ordinated to the movements but then you stuck with the cherry red for the last 4-5 movements.
