Alleged YSL Co-Founder Testifies About Group's Formation

- Walter Murphy, the alleged co-founder of YSL, told the jury about the start of the music group and whether or not it turned into a gang. Murphy went to prison for seven years for his involvement in an April 2015 shooting. He was named in the YSL indictment and took a plea deal in December 2022. Rapper Young Thug is believed to be the leader of the alleged gang and facing RICO charges.

What he agreed to is defined in GA Code § 16-15-3 (2020). Go read it and see why "just a group of people" isn't going to work.
