- Welcome to today's Teen Bedroom Glow Up video where I give my stepdaughter's room a more grown up glow up!
This is not a full makeover as it's still her style, her important things she wants out, and I didn't want to change that. Instead, I used mostly what she had and mixed in some new things from Amazon to give her room a more mature and organized look that will hopefully grow with her no matter what her style might be in the future.
I hope this room may give you some ideas in case you have a teen who needs a room refresh or makeover soon!

Yay! I am glad it all came together to actually look more like a room haha. In a smaller home, it's all about maximizing space 😉

I am so glad you are here! Yes the fairy lights are a big hit still haha. The chalkboard is amazon. It's peel and stick which is so awesome in case you want to move it around too 😊
Is it better to have a headboard for your bed or no? I see a lot of guys without headboards so I was just wondering if I should follow the trend.
I think it might just be individual preference or whatever goes with your own style.

Haha none taken. She asked for a makeover and my help or I definitely wouldn’t have touched it. So hard to decorate to someone else’s taste. She’s moved into her own place now and has 100% say in the decor. ☺️Can’t wait to see what she does! Love the 10 Things analogy though! Best movie! 😊🎸🐱

Haha oh no! My mom bun can be a bit outta control. I would totally keep it down as I did in my pre-kiddo days but now it’s more in the way than anything. My toddler especially loves to pull and yank to get my attention lol. I should rock a pony now and then to switch it up though. Maybe a mommy makeover is a good idea for my upcoming birthday! 😉☺️
