Nope, not at all, most pro players are in that range as well
0.183 * 1600 = 292.8 edpi
Most pros are in the range of 200-400 edpi, but in case you do overflick your shots, I'd recommend lowering your sens

He's ok. Still decent on the attack side since the nerf doesn't really affect him too much since you're running them down, but if you get util stall, then your shield runs out. If you're good at aiming, go ahead and get him
