This is the most hardcore Rolls-Royce in the world - the Brabus 700 Rolls-Royce Ghost!
That’s right, this ultra-luxurious saloon has been given the Brabus tuning treatment! So let’s see what’s changed…
For starters, this Ghost clearly looks a whole lot meaner than the regular Rolls-Royce. For starters, all the exterior chrome has been removed and swapped for shadow chrome! There’s also a carbon fibre boot lip spoiler & diffuser, along with titanium-tipped quad exhaust pipes!
The interior of any Rolls-Royce is always pretty plush, but Brabus has taken it to the next level! As with the exterior, all of the chrome is now shadow chrome, and the entire cabin has been updated. The whole of the interior has been retrimmed with leather, even including the key! You’ll also find bespoke lambswool carpets, bespoke pedals, and there are even carbon fibre door sills with light-up Brabus logos included on them.
It’s not just the looks that have been updated, though. The normal Rolls-Royce Ghost comes equipped with a 6.75-litre twin-turbo V12 that can produce 571hp and 800Nm of torque. Brabus has gone to town on this, too, so it now puts down 700hp and 950Nm! That helps to drop the 0-60mph time down from 4.9 seconds to 4.6 seconds.
Of course, though, this car isn’t cheap! All-in-all, the Brabus 700 will set you back £560,000!!! So is it worth it? You’ll need to stick with Mat to find out!

I used to think a Rolls Royce could never look cheap or tacky. Learning new things everyday.
Tell me about it. Not to mention they have the nerve to ask an extra 310k on top of it’s rrp of £250k just for a couple bits and bobs, worse leather than the rr spec and essentially an ecu tune 🤢

@@VVS1920 Literally an ecu tune, no upgraded brakes, no floating center caps, no ambient lighting or that starlight roof lining they do on all the luxury cars now that RR started, just a bunch of spray painted accents and that spray paint is cheap, anyone can do that to their accents on their vehicle.
With you on this one, especially replacing all the RR badging with Brabus... and charging more than the car itself for a couple of add ons is absolutely insane. At least they match the factory warranty I guess...

Dumb powertrain. Electric is much better suited to this type of vehicle. Imagine a Plaid powertrain in this thing. Smooth, quiet, and wicked fast, but importantly, enough electric power in the floor to power anything in the car for at least days, maybe weeks. Not to mention you aren't stinking up the planet with a gas guzzler.

Well 700 hp and it only goes 160 mph is trash he maxed at 260 kmh which is only 161 mph
You know it's fast when even Matt is laughing nervously (I think we were all nervous while watching that), also partly because he was pushing a 560k beast at 240kph . I think with the weight and all the sound proofing, you might not realise how fast it's gobbling up the tarmac until you look at the needle and it's almost maxed out. Damn

@@eustahijelifetips Yeah i would get the engine upgrade but why would you rip out the interior of a Rolls Royce and replace it? Its the highest quality and you can have any configuration you want. On the outside it doenst look good imo but i can understand why somone would like but the inside is a joke and waste of material if you ask me.

Swapping out the Royce Rolls Royce emblem badging for me is unacceptable externally and

the moment Rolls Royce ceased to be British owned all bets were off I'm afraid.
I was OK with most of the exterior except the badging outside. When it came to the inside, it was a complete NO with the carbon fiber trim inside. No way carbon fiber is classy in the inside compared to wood trims. 🤦🏽♂ No thanks! sticking with the regular ghost.
I’m sort of with you on the rebadging. I’d ask them to leave off the badge in the center of the grill and the two on the trunk lid. I’m cool with the rest.

Same here, I feel Brabus is over doing it with the Bagding/Taggin. Everywhere you look on the car its their name and too much of anything is just too much.
So they’ve taken the most luxurious recognised brand on the planet and made it look like a 15 year old Mercedes. Nice job. Replacing rolls Royce quality materials like the centre caps with Mercedes standards of trim seems like a joke.

I remember racing a rolls Royce in Japan once. The RR sped past me in my R32 GTR because I was paying the toll and they had the pass. I accepted the challenge and caught up, but realized that the RR is not as stiff and shaky as my car, so I bailed. Lol. I’m driving 180km in a project car, while the other dude was driving in a peaceful cloud.

This car has been teaching & inspiring other cars in terms of high luxury in decades.
They put a tacky red LED on the footrest pedal but couldn't retrim the illmunated "GHOST" text on the dashboard.. True sign of quality right there
i really like that brabus goes out and not only do mercedes like the new porsche but i dont think it makes the rolls royce better (expect the power) so i dont think its worth the upgrade especially for the price

Absolutely epic. I drive Oslo - Paris every week. A 20 hour drive and this would be the absolute number one car I would pick if I could.
Why though, just take a plane. Car is for sure more expensive than the flight, and takes longer.
@@jakob.k_design It is indeed more expensive. But here is my situation: I live in Bergen, Norway. I have my kids around until Sunday 1900hrs. Than I deliver them to their moms house and I am off to Amsterdam for 2 weeks. (6 week cycle) But that Sunday evening there are no more flights going so the first flight is 0600 in the morning. By the time I have made the flight, train and bus journey to where I want to be it is around 1400hours if nothing goes wrong. But what I do is deliver the kids and set off for Holland by car straight away. I arrive at around 1400-1500hrs which is the same time as I arrive while flying. But now I have my car with me and all the luggage I want. And take cheap shopping with me back. But most of all: I have a fun trip since I don't need to let myself be treated like cattle for half a day. Instead I make an epic journey in a great car which literally is my hobby.
O yes and as soon as we are 2 person in the car the car is the cheaper option.

Rolls Royce doesn't collaborate with other manufacturers, it transcends them. I wouldn't be surprised if they took action to prevent other car companies from modifying their cars. Ferrari is selective about whom it sells to, so I wouldn't be surprised etiher if Rolls Royce began taking the same line.

My old boss had a 7 series bmw back in the eighties all trimmed out in white leather and blue suede you couldn't see a thing so he had to have some black covers made for the top of the dash.

It is crazy expensive I agree, but I’d make a couple of points. Firstly although the “standard” Ghost is £250k, I’m willing to bet literally none ever leave the factory with that price, customisation through Rolls-Royce themselves costs a fortune, it’s very easy to spec one from the factory at over £400k. Secondly, the world which the people who buy these cars lives in, is completely outside the realm of you and I, companies like Brabus are a big game of top trumps for billionaires, “you’ve got a Ghost? I’ve got a Brabus ghost”…”you’ve got a 100 foot yacht? I’ve got a 150 foot yacht”. A Brabus Rolls makes no sense to people living in the normal world, but it’s how one Arab prince tops another. Crazy world we live in.
