To everyone hearing at fantastic: youtube is literally incapable of relaying higher frequencies than 16000khz. So no one should be able to hear above that on this test (and if you do its your brain playing tricks)
Yeah bro i just used headphones with full noise for long time and i developed tinitus and its not going from 1 year and also i am experiencing some hearing loss 😢😢 Save your ears. ....
ATTENTION! WARNING! These tones are dangerous. Never, under any circumstances, play these tones at full volume! Play these tones only at low volume. Do not use headphones. If you cannot hear a tone, resist the temptation to increase the volume! Why? Pure tones are very dangerous, more dangerous than normal noise. At high or full volume, permanent hearing damage with permanent tinnitus can occur within a few seconds. There are said to be people who have caught permanent tinnitus from such tones. Please be careful!
Its not true. These tones can cause minor injuries at a high pitch, but its not dangerous at all. Trust me. As a music prducer and audio composer. Ive had my fair share of listening to high frequencies at high volumes. Especially setting up concerts.
@@BreadnButter2343dont worry its usually the super high frequencies that can cause damage but luckily youtube doesnt play frequencies above 16000 khz, also if you aren't listening to them for prolonged periods of time at high volume levels you are fine
Everyone! If you didn't hear anything from fantastic and up, it is because CZcams can't have so high sound with so high frecuences, so don't be afraid!
My uncle has severe hearing loss due to a work related accident in his left ear. His right ear was slightly affected as well. But i made him listen to this, and he could hear it between 'wow' and 'fantastic'. That too in his left ear.
one of my ears was at better than average and the other was at "sorry could you speak to my good ear" which is accurate bc I haven't been able to hear properly out of that ear for a few days now
Better than average, eh, I'm fine with that. I have Asperger's and certain (constant) high-pitched noise can actually trigger me and get me super-irritated and angry. 😤😡 I am also middle aged and just healed from right ear infection a month ago, so it's nice to know that my hearing is still working. Thanks.
This test is 100% inaccurate I’m a music and mechanic I almost never protect my ears and I’m always having to tell people to repeat them selves yet my hearing is fantastic
My right ear start hearing at fantastic, my left one start here at normal. I always knew my left ear hearing is worse then the right side, anyway thanks for sharing.
WARNING! I’m just trying to warn you that this is dangerous and can send you to the doctor if you are wearing headphones. You see, the sound when you play it high volume, your earwax gets pushed more back to the back of your ear which can cause temporary hearing loss and you will have to go to the docters to fix it. DONT USE HEADPHONES! This also goes to songs with bass.
I heard it at Fantastic. However, when I played it again, I was interrupted so I took one earbud out and noticed that my left ear doesn't hear anything until Wow. I double checked this by placing the other earbud into my left ear and again, only at Wow. Then I did the whole thing two more times with the right ear and heard it at Fantastic. Even if this isn't the correct HZ, I still was able to discover that my right ear can hear better than my left ear. Pretty cool.
Mine went all the way from fantastic to the end.

Whether the test is accurate or not, there is an important lesson to be learned. Protect your hearing at all costs!
I Watch Movies at sub Movie Theater level volumes at home, is this okay
@@dosomestuff1949 much better than earphones and headsets
@ishantripathi1764 how? Wouldn’t a sound system be louder and more powerful than headsets? U sure man?

My ears right before fantastic: 🤠
After: 😰
My right ear passed. My left ear... well lets just say I need to book an appointment with an audiologist.
Same here
My left ear is gone, my right ear cannot hear anything above like 2000hz-3000hz, so kinda same for me

Nah bc we do these in my science lessons at school and I can hear it right from the start
Considering everyone is getting “fantastic”, it’s probably not really “fantastic”
🤣
It is
I started to hear from start. And I hear music lol
Fantastic is where i suddenly heard it. Not it faded into my hearing range, it just hit it all at one at fantastic
Because it starts playing from fantastic
@@cupcake_toucher445 yea its a frequency cap lol.
’You can go with it’which is odd bc I have hearing loss.
When i starter hearing i tough i was gonna explode
i heard “fantastic” then when to the very end, well that’s because every human can only hear up to 2000Hz
That's 20000 hz
@@firedome8 bro, this was 7 months ago but yeah maybe
youtube has a hertz limit on videos that’s why everyone hears it after “fantastic”
frfr
Unfortunatelty not everyone!! Iron Maiden and AC-DC made my hearing top out at 10khz
After playing live music for 10 years, I'm either fantastic or it's just my tinnitus acting up. Probably both.
Went from fantastic to end
" sorry, could you speak in my good ear" 😳
Go check a doctor
2 years back it was 17800 hz now it's around 16600 hz btw I'm 17 now
I think now phones have introduced something that restricts playing sounds over around 16khz.
Still though don't go to concert no earplugs and stuff
@@Tefin27yeah29Same bro mine is at like just barely under 15000 and I’m 17
Idk if its accurate but the first little between fantastic and "you must be..." was where I began to hear it

I HEARD IT AT NO WAY HELP
i think it's because youtube stops at that 16000 point. That happens to most videos, so you would probably start hearing it at fantastic and wow
yea i think its a new update cuz earlier i could def hear a lot.
"You must be kidding" if my ear is on my speaker but If it's not it's at fantastic
Same lol
I’m in between Wow & better than normal… which is crazy being that I’m a musician who’s been listening to loud music for most of my life…

On the line of better then average. Earphones have damaged my ears.

"You must be kidding"

Sound starts at 15.500hz, I hear up to 20khz so I can tell you, if you start there, then most likely you hear above that easily.
Who else was asking himself the whole time which of the two sounds he had to listen to (the biping sound or the music)

Depending on the sound frequency always dips and rises in what we do hear.
I picked up my sound when I was on the fantastic side
Bruh u it's imp to hear fantastic u can only wow bc youtube stops volume above 1600 h
About 15800 almost fantastic, but just like the last on it just starts loud so it doesnt seem right
