Never hurt other's feelings intentionally, that should be the biggest mantra of our lives. Narc are highly manipulative , always have their hidden agenda ,lack of empathy for others. If you survived from a narc relationship then congratulations 👏 cz it's really very hard .
Trye. Horrible & very painful experience. Had no idea that such people exists on this earth. But once you deal with this type of people & you heal & learn about Narcissism. You have super power in your hand.

I'm a narcissist myself. But I'm not jealous, don't cheat anyone and don't manipulate anyone for my profit. But I have severe anger issues. I'm someone who loves being alone, but I have a few friends. Most of them are pretty successful. They are my friends since high school. I'm 40 years now.

It's totally true, I met someone and at the beginning, that person looked so awesome and start everything with love bombing and after sometime they start to show off there reality. They always want you to praise them and never loves someone except themselves. I'm still with that person and still unable to left myself from that person its 💔. More importantly, they are double faced and lack of empathy.

Everyone loves themselves. But narcissist loves none. Jo bhi is tarah ke relationship me rehta hai bas whi jan sakta hai ki wo kya face kar rha. Trauma bond is a very serious problem. Aisa lagta hai maine koe drug le lia h. Pure din bas ek hi chij ke bare me sochte rehna do din pyar se bat kar leta hai dimag normal ho jata hai. Or jis din kuch ganda bol deta hai dimag depression me chala jata hai. Ye log sirf unko pasand karte hai jo gulam ki tarah inki bat mante hai. Even agr inke parents b kal ko inke against ho jaye to ye unse b nafrat karne lagenge. Ye din bole to tumhre liye b din hona chahiye. After a year of relationship I started getting memory loss problem. Suicidal thoughts alot. Insecurity for myself. Low self confidence.

Ladkon mein jyada hota hai iska ye reason hoga ki boys are being extremely pampered specially by their mothers. Even if they do something wrong she doesn't stop her son or held responsible for their mistakes. This is also the reason of increasing rape cases. Parents don't teach them basic ethics and how to treat girl respectfully. However there are some families too who give very nice teachings to their son and daughter. It all depends upon the amount of attention of parents the child gets during childhood.

After watching this video its like having therapy and also fortunate that I ended that toxic relationship with that narcissist girl.

My father did it to my mom for 30 years damn... I can't understand how much struggle she's faced in her life... My elder brother and Even I was exploited by him badly. I got brain tumor and mother Became Schizophreniac due to him. Only my elder brother by grace of God saved himself because he never took anything heavily due to ignorance. My mechanism was "take your own stand" like your own work is highly prioritized. For example my job is highest priority, my kids is highest priority, my thought or planning is highest priority. Before anyone plans for me I had plans of my own and everyone else works according to my plan.. This makes me a Narcist with such people, but I realized I was not Narcist with others who behaved normal to me.

Sir, after watching this video i think many symptoms match to my characteristics in past. And causes of npd as shown in video is exactly what i have to go through in my childhood. I was abused too much by classmates from class 6 and often they used physical violence. My childhood feeling was like no one is better than me in the world, i used to think lowly even for God. I did always had attention seeking behaviour while taking to friends. I was the best lier & often lied to my friends to gain false reputation. i lived in fantasy where I'm richest guy in the world.
And due to all this reason i lost all my friends but thankfully at 21 due to loneliness i started realising something is wrong with me. Currently I'm 22, i genuinely want to change & forgo my past. I want to start new phase of my life please suggest what i should do. Please sir.
It's a story of every teenager .

Wow it's nice atleast you've recognised the symptoms and accepted the truth. I think you should visit a psychologist at the earliest. Don't take anyone just visit alone and tell all the symptoms. Good luck. May you heal quickly 🙏
Start working on yourself. Start with helping others without gaining any benefits, start praying to God. Also learn not to hurt anyone. Slowly slowly you'll heal and come out of it . And be mindful of what you talk.
Don't visit any lady therapist, you might fall for while taking advice 😁
