This video is sooo interesting !! I didn’t know the weight and age must be taken into account before a chinchilla can use a wheel 😯😯❤️ For hamsters they start using wheels when they’re very young, because hamsters can run multiple miles during the night, starting at a young age ☀️💖
I didn’t know that at the start too! But after researching and speaking to a couple of breeders, this is the conclusion I came to. 😉Hamsters are such cute animals, I love em so much! 🥰😃

My step dad made some out of cake tins. I couldn’t find any to buy in the uk so I paid for 3 £20 16x4 cake tin on Amazon and some bearings and scrap bits of metal to hold it on that he already had. They work really well and the chins love them :)

I'm sorry but these people use tin pans and 59 screws and washers and sell these for 50 to 80 dollars. It cost then 5 to make. I'd never buy from them. There are diy videos to make this exact wheel for your baby for the price of a pan and hardware
