4:55 Regarding exercise balls, I actually know of a great alternative but I’ve never seen anyone but glider owners use them. I can’t recall the names of them. But they’re essentially like regular wheels that they make free running and so you can let your pet run around in a kind of wheel free roaming. I think they’d be a great alternative for so many other animals especially hamsters (they aren’t balls they’re WHEELS)

I never even knew that about hay feeders. I have the ceramic one, but he enjoys to stand on there and I would feel bad if removed. Are you sure I should remove this?
I would suggest removing the wire front. Just because I have seen people's chinchilla's legs getting stuck in them. I like to add a shelf above my hay feeder so they have something to sit on while they eat. Hope this helps!

Can y’all help me? I’ve been on google looking up stuff and I know there’s a lot of miss information and I want to clear something’s up, on google it says chinchillas are omnivores and 1 idk if that’s true and 2 if they are what kind of meat and or poultry can they have and what type of treats are they allowed to have
So I was wondering if you had any advice to help get my chinchilla to stop being cage aggressive??
How old is your chinchilla, and what exactly is your chinchilla doing?
@@ChinVillain he is almost a year old, and when ever I open the cage he tries to bite me but he has a friend and they get along.
@@Brittany-ux2re It might be because he is young! Lola my oldest chinchilla was very mouthy until she was about two years. I give some bonding tips in this video with my new youngest chinchilla. Hope this helps.
