Hello, yes you are right. It is a lot of work and time that man has to invest. Unfortunately, it is difficult to monetize my projects. The income from CZcams is very low and not in proportion to the effort. I have taught myself my electronics, programming and video production experience over the years. In addition, I have been working as a design engineer in the packaging industry for over 11 years. Here I have already constructed some machines. My CZcams projects are more like toys ;-)
If I give a piece of advice, you should leave the spring attached to the cigarette holder loose, because the second time the spoon hits it should drop the cigarette.
The speed depends on the motors used. I have relatively weak engines. As a result, I need large transmission ratios. I have now used an Igus spindle for pressing. This works great. I'm currently struggling with the case attachment device. This doesn't want to work properly yet
Do you do the design or is there a place where you get the drawings?
I design and build everything myself.
why did you use ir sensor? it does work when we replace ir to limit switch, and it is very amazing machine thank you for sharing this video
