END OF THE CUMBRIA TRIP | WRYNOSE, KIRKSTONE & HARTSIDE PASS

- As we continue the anti-clockwise 'Lakeland Loop' in Cumbria, England, we now head to 'Wrynose Pass', another beautiful Pass at 393m above sea level & an average gradient of 10.2%
After the 'Wrynose Pass' we are disappointed to find out that the highest Pass in Cumbria, the 'Kirkstone Pass' road is closed due to a retaining wall falling onto the road. Never the less I'll show a bit of this beautiful 1,489 feet high road which hosts the 3rd highest pub in England.
It's then onto the ascending A686 Hartside Pass road, once voted the most beautiful road in England! It certainly is a treat with it's smooth asphalt, winding bends and camber.

Another great video. Hope we get to do Scotland in the new year. Had a great time. Great roads and scenery, and the weather was kind to us.
Of course it's definitely a lake but, it's definitely not known correctly as Lake Windermere lol. The best way to find it on sat nav is to stick in Boweness On Windermere. I'm lucky as I live in north Manchester so, the lakes are only a good hour an a half from me👍🏍 it's definitely one of my favourite biking areas, along with the Yorkshire dales. Unfortunately it often pisses down, I think that's one of the reasons it's called the LAKE district. 😁.
I don't mean to be an arse mate but, ' Lake Windermere' there is no such place! There is only ONE lake in the Lake District and that's Bassenthwate Lake, all the others are either Waters, Meres or Tarns. Apart from that, exelent vlog👍🏍.
