One of the largest monastery in Tibet: Drepung Monastery

Drepung monastery is one of the three greatest monasteries in Tibet along with Sera Monastery and Gaden Monastery. It was probably the largest monastery in the world with around 7000 resident monks at its peak.
Drepung monastery is located in Lhasa city, Tibet Autonomous Region.
