Not the way this guy is driving. Watch at the 5:30 mark where he blows through the crosswalk on W. Franklin as someone is trying to cross.
The video is ok but the Driver seems to know little about the People, History or Architecture of Chapel Hill and wrongly claims that the majority of homes on Church st between N. Columbia and Rosemary are "Student Housing".
