Yep, John Krasinski is a great actor, producer, writer and director with some producing help from Ryan Reynolds as both have brought the greatest people he could find for John Krasinski's wonderful movie for all the people who has kids of their own including his and Ryan's they have with their wives Emily Blunt and Blake Lively.
John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively and some of the cast of the movie are parents themselves and this wonderful film is gonna be something that their kids will love and enjoy.

There was also gonna be a sequel to the live action Detective Pikachu movie from 2019 this year, but that either got delayed, hasn’t finished filming, or got cancelled, which I’m bummed about since I’m a huge Pokémon fan!

@jonathan_collins This is quite literally just Fosters Home for Imaginary friends in the premise. They're putting up imaginary characters for adoption, they didn't even switch it up a little bit. Even one of the characters names is Blue??? They could've at least tried a little harder.

Honestly, I'm surprised that this film is not named, "Tulpa". The word 'Tulpa' has more mystical feel than 'If'.

Considering the plot, nope tulpa does not apply
Tulpas cannot have their own physical body, they share it with their host
Then being rehomed just like this plot is not an opportunity in the slightest
Sure there can be similar tulpas but they are never the same tulpa because they're from two entirely different hosts
I still am not sure how this one is gonna play out with the critics and public when it's released, but we will have to wait until next month to find out.

Besides the fact that I love Ryan Reynolds & will watch him in anything, the other reason I’m about this movie is the fact that the big purple guy is what happens when you mix McDonald’s Grimace with Sulley from “Monsters Inc.” He’s downright adorable & I love that Cinemark is already selling these precious popcorn containers of him. I bought one as soon as I saw it. He’s perfect 💜
