Ok I'll give you my opinion what I do after stressing work day is
offer prayer, do necessary home choers hurriedly and then sleep for 1 hour If I'm too tired and do other things after waking up
but If I'm not too tired then I teach my brother for half hour and then watch a show with him while eating dinner that my mom or sister cooks, watch social media and stuff, offer prayer and then sleep at my usual time
