- This is Punk Fashion History and Style.
In this fourth episode of subcultures fashion we are going to explore punk fashion from his rise in the mid 1970s to the 90s and 2000s pop punk and skate punk movement.
As always first we are going to talk about the history of Punk and then i will show 2 outfit around the punk fashion, the first one is 1970s and 1980s inspired outfit and the second one is pop punk inspired.
In this episode there is going to be a Diy too after a long time.

please go to St. Marks Place at NYC if you can because that place was once the mecca of punk but now it is unfortunately an entirely different place. Many of us are disappointed to see so many stores go like Trash and Vaudeville and Sounds.

im so mad at myself, i had so many band tees but i didnt wear them as much so i decided to donate them to goodwill, but now band tees and that typa stuff is my style again but hopefully someone found my band tees and now are enjoying them :)
Oh no, you can find them easily at thrift stores, flea markets and Depop if you search well ♥️, yes I think they are enjoying them definitely.

I’ve liked punk rock ever since I was a kid and so it’s really fun learning some of the history. I still have a rock n roll apron from when I was a child, it’s cute because it’s just so sweet to look back and think how much I didn’t realize when I was young about how my style would grow; It’s inspiring in a way to not shy away from who I am.
A rock n roll apron that's so lit 😍, no problem i enjoyed diving more into the history of one of my absolute favorite music genre and yes is so great to see how our music taste and influences affect our style during different times 🎶👔

My favourite punk styles are skate punk, classic harrcore punk and thrash punk

pop punk is not punk...and rancid are not a pop punk band
is subjective honestly in my opinion is an evolution of punk that adopted some pop elements too and rancid have some pop punk songs too
