5 million Crusader Knights or Templar Knights in a medieval army are doing a massive siege of the castle of Jerusalem and the army of defenders there. This was made using the Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator 2 UEBS 2 or UEBS2.

I have an idea for a battle: The Mount Olympus map with the mountain being defended by 1 of each the heroes (Cleopatra, John Wick, Nicola Tesla, Chuck Norris, others I may be missing) And for each, an army that matches them: (Cleopatra=Various Egyptian units, John Wick=US rifle troopers, Nicola Tesla=US Tanks, Chuck Norris=US shotgunners) And they'd be defending against a massive hoard of zombies and trolls. And I think these armies should have different positions on the battlefield, not just all put together. Maybe Cleopatra and Egyptian military on front lines bc they're melee, backed up by Tesla and his tanks, Wick and his riflemen could be sniping from the mountain, and Norris and his shotgunners would be a last line of defense at the top.

Can you give archers to both sides? If so, you should do it more often. Perhaps you could create a custom archer unit to use.
Yes give archers more damage I feel like they have a very small impact as they only do 15 damage

And catapults. Any commander that sends in his army with no range support should be hung for incompetence.

You know, the Persian army was known for its use of archery, so the fact that they're represented by melee units annoys me
I thought the same thing, the Persians were one of the first ancient army’s to use more than a 50/50 ratio of melee to range.

Mate! I was invested, intrigued to see how it would turn out, the balance seemed good, and then BAM! you essentially just skipped to the end. You have to edit better. Give us an overview from every 10 mins or something.
Not only did he just skip to the end, but he didn't even show the entire battlefield to see what held and what didn't.
That little strip of land is called an isthmus, "a narrow strip of land with sea on either side, forming a link between two larger areas of land."
If you're going to call the battle, can you at least show the battlefield at the end? Would like to see where the defenders actually held out and stuff. Thanks.
Can you do full camera run over the battlefield at the end of each video so we can see exactly where the major lines of conflict were.
Good video good game. Although it's funny there was never actually ever 4 million crusaders at one time. Their armies were only in the tens of thousands. But it's still an interesting battle
It would be nice if the dev's put formations appropriate for each army...like the Roman turtle formation, or the spartan phalanx..that way you could use these to march up to enemies with archers or hold holes in the walls.

Hey Daley! If you can, there is a Lord of the rings mod called Third Age Reforged for total war, so if you think that you and your audience might like it, maybe you can try it out
I feel like the attackers could've used the backing of archers and catapults themselves, to help with the enemies on the wall and pushing out.
Hey daily on the attacking side you should raise their movement speed a little for time and stuff ! Should help with the large scale battles 👍
Suggestion for a small battle:
5,000 heavy knights and 1,000 archers defending the small hilltop castle against 200 Trolls attacking from all directions.

And as for the ratio, i think a 25:5:1 is a solid ratio considering the knights are one of the strongest melee units to off set the knock back and splash damage of the troll, the archers will provide decent backup damage untill the trolls make contact and just roll over them.

i think some of the troops aren't moving are because they're targeting those troops on the side hills that stuck there, I've saw some videos where that those would just wait there until the troops on the side hills are given order manually

It’s not all about numbers. You should try more strategic siege attacks rather than just putting tons of numbers in there. I still love the vids tho.

les be honest with out hte heavy knights the attackers would have lost so much more people

The problem is that the defenders keep pushing and pushing further and further from the castle, they get too far and dont receive ranged suppert and since their line of defense keeps getting bigger it also keeps getting thinner till their lines are too thin and then they collapse.
In my opinion guard mode should have a maximum range or movement and they should go back to their original position once they reach that range. That way they would overextend like that.
It would be great if you could set the movement radius of the defenders during the initial set up of the battle.

Jesus the Crusader units were absolute trash. I don't know why but these huge meat grinder sieges make me unnecessarily annoyed. At least with the trench army men of war videos once one side gets flanked the other side steam rolls the other side and something actually happens.
