Building needs a lot of know how. Hiring here and there to fix things will not help and will create stress 😬😬😬 . This happened to my sister who pretended to administer her building a house. She relied100% in her recruited carpenter who was not a good one. Her house was a disaster and was not finished. I ended up fixing all her mistakes which was much HARDER to do and cost more. I had to fix the walls, doors, plumbing, shower etc. So, my opinion is hire you a reputable contractor. It will cost more though but you can be assured the work is done correctly. Building a house needs a realistic budget, you can't build a house like the size you are building with less than a million pesos(based on my personal opinion). Good luck to you and Merry Christmas 🎄🎄🎄
It's a matter of finding the right guy to do the job. It don't hire engineers or architects coz they cost a lot. These days carpenters asked 'pakyawan' or per project & not per day. But you can also bargain.
Shelves under the inside stairs look fantastic ! Don't think enough light/sun for your kitchen shelf cactus / succulents. Maybe better some kind of hanging something or ferns ???
Water will destroy your house. Concrete absorb water. So its advised not to attached any unnecessary objects to the outer wall just for looks . That's why your house is always leaking always problems. So much unnecessary unfunctional things on your house trying so hard for a natural theme. For a tiny house so much problems. House is a house separate it from garden/jungle.
Been watching your saga over the tiny house for years now. Tbh it says much about you instead of the philippines. If you planned well, this would have been an easy build. I remember you hired or consulted a lawyer before so why skim on hiring / consulting an engr or an architect
May I ask you what type of sealant did you put on the concrete floor. Brand name would be helpful if at all possible. Really nice home brother, even with all your set backs. Merry Xmas and Happy New Year brother.
Men! Its not hard if you hire an architect/engineer.😂

It's turning out to be a cozy home.
Money or funds matters when building a house.
Looking good! By the way, succulents need bright, direct light. They will not fare well on that dark wall.
