The Market , Interest rates and selection of inventory Suck right now, My son is in the mortgage business just a few short years ago they had 55 employee's , Today they have 4 😒 I look at it this way, It can't get much worst ... The term you "can cash flow it" cracks me up. It's the equivalent of a sideline reporter saying a linebacker is "out with a knee." Lol
Demand is going to decline when facing 7-8% mtg rates. Traffic congestion is horrific.
Demand has not declined a ton since hitting 7% rates in the late summer, certainly will make the investment side more difficult to navigate. Many buyers are paying cash when coming here so the rates don’t effect them
glad to hear, but NJ is about to reduce retiree property taxes next year a lot, and there's a multitude of price drops going on because sellers are anxious to sell now, and in Sussex, continual supply by the builders.. @@MattLunden
