Thank you for taking care of Grandma and for working so hard. In Canada, black currants were not allowed due to the bushes passing on a virus to our pine forests. But slowly they are being allowed. I have never heard of adding basil to black currant, but I would be intrigued to try it. Very nice video and I hope Grandma's leg heals ok. Peace to Ukraine.

Катя,дозвольте невеличку пораду.Для будь-якої молочної каші краще починати варити крупу спочатку в невеликій кількості води, а потім додавати молоко.Так каші скоріше варяться,більше зберігається корисних речовин і газу менше витратите.Дуже прискорює приготування замочування будь-якої крупи у воді.Звичайно,ці поради не стосуються манної крупи.
