How does this affect near vision? I wear contacts currently with about -5.00 and -0.75 astigmatism. When I take the contacts out I can read fine. With contacts I use 1.5 to 2.0 over the counter reading glasses.

An ICL would have a similar effect as wearing your contacts full-time. So if you currently are relying on using over the counter readers to read up close when wearing your contacts, than you would need these Readers for reading after your procedure for EVO ICL.

Yes it can be done. However, it's best to consult with an eye specialist or ophthalmologist to determine if ICL/laser surgery is suitable for your specific condition.
