- Dr. Kathleen Jee performs an EVO ICL procedure on Peter. Peter's cornea was too thin for regular refractive surgeries like SMILE, LASIK or PRK. This video shows what's involved in the EVO ICL eye surgery and Peter's results the day after surgery.

I’m going to turkey to get my eyes done,I live in Scotland ,I hope ill be ok ,thanks
We wish you the best as well.
I live in New York.
I had Lasik done 3 weeks ago. I have Roygbiv 🌈 when i look at certain lights. Do i need to wait longer to see if this goes away?
Can this Evo ICL procedure help me reduce the Halos & 🌈's ?
Thank you for your question. The EVO ICL is not likely the solution to your issues. But, your eyes are still in the initial stages of healing, and these issues will likely resolve themselves.
Still seen the 🌈 bro is being a year
Hello,
Just wanted to ask Can ICL / Laser surgery be done on an eye with Duane Retraction Syndrome & Iris Coloboma ??
Thank you.
Yes it can be done. However, it's best to consult with an eye specialist or ophthalmologist to determine if ICL/laser surgery is suitable for your specific condition.
This may be a dumb question but does the lense have a prescription or is it a universal lense for everyone? I’m very interested in getting this done. Please answer Ty 😊
This is an excellent question. Each EVO ICL Collamer lens has a prescription built into it. Before we perform the procedure, we typically do about 2 hours of testing so that we order just the right prescription lens for every eye.
Ok thanks for the response. But what if the prescription changes over time?
We typically perform the procedure on patients who have a stable prescription. Stable means little variation from year to year, it doesn't necessarily mean "no" change. If the prescription changed enough, a laser procedure like LASIK can be used to do refinements. If there were large change, we could in theory exchange the ICL, although I don't think we've experienced that scenario. In complete honesty, most patients we've worked with have not needed additional work aside from cataracts later in life- which we expected.
i have less cornea thickness and less ACD too which is 2.7mm..but for ICL implanatation ACD more than 2.8mm is is required...what will i do . Plesase tell me..shall i go for RLE surgery????
Thank you for your question. Our doctors would need to perform a complete evaluation in order to make a recommendation.
@@ClearChoiceLaser now I don't need any recommendation..cuz now I am eligible for icl..thin icl's are introduced..last time in July when I went there then doctor said uh r eligible for it😊😊😊
Helo!
how far was his number myopia for such a result after
I was around -5.00. This surgery is life changing!
Hi all, I had ICL surgery about a year ago and documented the experience along with a few update videos czcams.com/video/0RJGJqt45Dc/video.html
Unfortunately a few months later the lens in my right eye rotated and I got blurred vision and infection. I documented that as well czcams.com/video/552EJmAUaSE/video.html
The right lens was replaced and everything is back to normal again. Hope my videos help!
Thank you for sharing your experience online. We are glad that you found a surgical solution for your strong prescription.
Why is the doctor, who had ICL surgery, wearing sunglasses while doing the surgery, though...?
Not sunglasses, the surgeon and staff wear dark glasses during lens procedures because they use a TrueVision NGenuity system which allows them to see a 3 dimensional view of the patient's eye on a TV screen during surgery. Good question!
7 mo how’s it going
It is going EXCEPTIONALLY! I have zero complaints, nor do I have any negative side effects. I wish I had made the decision to undergo the procedure sooner tbch.
@@MrG__2hi, do you see glares or halos at night or at cinema? Please be honest
