My mom ordered the brain where is way cookbook it should be at their house now she ordered it from Amazon I go when I see her this weekend hopefully I have that book and hopefully I can see the kind of breakfast that you have to make in 5 minutes.

Everyone is different.fasting increases cortisol, some people already have higher cortisol levels than others, fasting would not be Optimal for them. With a higher fat diet and eating more often you control your bloodsugar levels throughout the day.🙏🥳👌👍

I'm wondering about your left overs. How do you prepare them for eating later? Do you heat them up some how? I've always been big on making enough for leftovers later and microwaving them when I do deside to eat them. But anymore, am learning that the microwave isn't such a good idea for our food. So I'm just curious as to what you do with your leftovers if they're dishes that would be heated before eating. Thank you.

And how much smoothie is in that glass smoothie container.? I would like to know this I would like to know how much water and I would like to know how much smoothie because I don't want to underdo it and I don't want to overdo it. I want to make sure that I make the right smoothie the night before and that I have it ready or am I supposed to make it that morning?

That’s crazy... your body doesn’t need to eat that many times.everytime you eat u get a insuline spike. U are hungry because u getting fat.keto diet and intermitent fasting is the best stuff to follow to change the way u life is❤️
I think I get it now I just listened to the video and you say a tablespoon or so and in the book you say the juice of one lemon You're not saying the whole juice of a whole lemon you're just saying a tablespoon or so of lemon just mainly the fact that the juice is there. Correct?
how much water is in that glass of lemon juice water? I heard you say about a tablespoon of lemon juice and about so much ginger but I do not know how much water that you start with when you said that you start your brain with watering your brain.

so does that mean that a person should have a big bowl of shopped veggies for their snack and does that mean that that snack should be at between 10:00 and 10:30 I realize that in this video you are saying what you do but you are also saying what a brain warrior does you are a brain warrior other people who are watching this video are trying to be a brain warrior like myself like you like Daniel so I need to know should I follow this to the letter or should I somehow make some changes because in my mind I need to get up in the morning I need to start my day at about 6:00 by drinking water I don't know how much with possibly lemon and ginger in it and then at 10 to 10:30 have a big bowl of chopped veggies and then for lunch I don't know what to do about lunch because you give one option for lunch but I'm not sure what to do about lunch because lunch is supposed to be dinner the night before and I know you mentioned a bison burger for dinner and I know a person can't have a bison burger every night of the week so it's like okay what do I do now lol and then I know for the afternoon snack which I believe is 2:30 to 3:00 you have the hard boiled egg with the piece of fruit or the piece of fruit or you have the guiltless green blueberry muffin which is really cool today I couldn't have a guilt gainless gluten-free blueberry muffin but a managed to have a good salad was a walnut chicken salad and it had red snapper in it and I got that because Daniel says about the wild fish so I had that and later on at about 2:00 or 3:00 I had the blueberry muffin that they had from the marketplace Cafe and I thought about what you said as far as the sugar coming from the blueberries so even though it wasn't gluten free this place does have bread that is gluten free so I might end up getting a red snapper sandwich I mean a snapper sandwich it grilled snapper sandwich next week with gluten-free bread. And for dessert I'm not going to be eating nutty buttercups every night but when I get this cookbook I hope to get some ingredients that the cookbook says to get when I go to the store when I go to Walmart I live in transitional housing right now and I have a case manager I let my brain get out of whack but I'm going to see a psychiatrist pretty soon so he can hopefully help me get my brain back on track I would love it if the psychiatrist was one of the psychiatrist at amend clinics but recently I got into a car wreck so I don't really have the transportation to take me to Georgia I mean I probably have the money to take me to Georgia but that's neither here nor there anyways I live in Florida so but I do want to get one of the referrals to one of the doctors that learned underneath Dr Aman but right now I've got to go with who I got to go with because I don't live close enough to one of those doctors that are at the aim and clinics referral list anyways I'm going to go for now sorry to give such a long comment but when your brain doesn't work right you don't work right and right now I don't work right so right now I'm going to be quiet have a nice night.
