I think they had dedicated people to use blights cuz otherwise too many people would be stopping dmg to reapply a debuff that is already on the boss
Touch of malice is going to be huge for day one raid DPS checks when you run out of ammo

They shouldn't nerf it at all, it's the perfect strength for a raid weapon
ToM was never broken, only new destiny fans think it's broken

People complaining about this need to remember it takes your health and there is 6 people in the clips not like 2 or 3.
all other dps phase use 6 people and heavy weapon and still can't match this damage what do you mean lol

@@reaf5616 is a 50% dmg inc to debuffed enemies hit with the blight with all weapons of sorrow for roughly 3 seconds.

Why are people underestimating touch of malice this thing would be used in d1 all the time if well was a thing. About nerfs? No there’s better guns to one phase bosses. If you think touch of malice needs a nerf, there’s font of might linears that destroy everything
if anything all exotics should be good against all bosses, i'd rather use a gun that I find fun than use a gun I dislike only because it's meta
I agree it shouldn’t be nerfed but keep in mind this is a primary and you are comparing it to heavy weapons
Next time that I’m running Div on Oryx, I would like to have teammates to have Touch of Malice equipped. 23K a shot is absurd.

If people are really saying it should be nerfed!? Jealousy maybe? It's a Primary 260rpm Scout Rifle ffs! Yes, in PVP it can 1-Shot with the Perk+Blight but seriously if you're anywhere near the person using it you'll be able to kill them for at least a trade!! The Necrotic Combo could be very very nasty depending on enemies being grouped up etc etc. Can no-one have anything fun in this game anymore!?
This scout 3 taps with ANY dmg buff on its final bullet and it's a 260. For comparison Not Forgotten was a 180 and had way less range. Plus you know emp rift exists very easy buff

If anything thats a very similar interaction to what witherhoard was like at launch. completely chunks pieces of hp, very likely unintentional and will be patched in some way.

Has anyone tested the quicksilver storm? I feel like with the missiles and the grenade launcher it would be good for primary dps.
They have it disabled in dungeons and raids at the moment so no one’s really been able to test it.

There's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't grind for this weapon every week. It's absolutely an essential tool in you're arsenal for raiding.
With Charged with Light you can do 20%more Dmg i think?

To anyone suggesting nerf it's literally no better then outbreak, let this gun be an option. We need more damage metas, it's been stale ever since grenade launchers got nerfed. It's just been linear fusions/izi rockets. It's sad we need variety.
Exactly this gun is balanced its only doing more dmg then it should because div is giving it even more dmg then it should have

i dont think so. remember what theyve done to the 2 other recent raid exotics, vex and collective obligation? both got a buff, and vex is still an exteptionally good option for warlocks with the rain of fire boots, as a kill gives a damage buff that totals to 47 to the head, and thats before we consider that vex is best in class (auto rifles) thanks to its insane stats. Collective's buff has made it a monster in any activity that has higher ad density.
I think they want raid exotics to be very strong.

I got it my second character, it’s pretty cool to use but very situational.
@@HystericalMafia I wouldn't call it situational when you can have healing on demand in many cases on every class, although there are probably other situations where other options can outclass this easily for sure
My friend got it on his second run now I need to wait till Tuesday, still don’t have vex and I’m 68 clears in :)
@@inoob26 it’s only really viable on warlock (mainly well) and solar titan with loreley. If you can find a hunter build, lmk
