  • This Fantaisie and Variations Brillantes on a romance of Blangini in D major were written by Austrian composer Carl Czerny (1791-1857) in about 1820. Performed by Rosemary Tuck and the English Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Richard Bonynge.

    I usually don't care too much about Czerny's work, but this one seems to be one of the few exceptions.
