The Spiderman character Marvel Ruined most is Scorpion, the point of his character was Scorpions are predator's that eat spiders so he is stronger then spiderman but now spiderman can beat him in one punch with ease what's the point of him now.
The idea of having an animal themed hero vs there natural Predator is cool if they stuck to the thing. They should have keep that have Scorpain say you can't hurt me spiderman and him go no but I can out run you.
Hottake : This was never a good idea for a character since her inclination seems to only rely on diminishing Peter as a man, superhero and character. Every iteration she has makes Peter look pathetic. Can't stand her tbh.

Gwen universe is so much more interesting and great for her to explore and moving her to 616 just doesn’t work. She isn’t like miles where they build thing up around the the moving to the universe and work from there to make it work it’s too messy if a change

I'm honestly surprised she's not in the main canon already to be honest. I enjoyed some Spider-Gwen comics in the past, especially her initial introduction but I haven't kept up with her continuity. I just assumed she was popular enough to be in the 616 by now.
ps and they're not stupi, they're not gonna make a big deal of Gwen in the 616 and just leave her powerless forever. It's a story and it's probably clickbait for promotion. She'll probably have access to her powers almost immediately with some plot device.
I've said this to many comics fans, if a character is extremely popular, the producers, editors and writers will push that consept as long as it's making money! They try to keep fans happy, but if the character doesn't draw, they scrap it or make changes! You can't please all the fans, but you have to improve and bring in money! Gwen made money because she's a major known character and you have to keep your money makers making money! You can change a characters, put them in different situations, resurrect a character, but that character must bring interest in, or else something must be done! Other than Gwen, here are four names here I will mention and their impact in comics! 1. Superman, when he died, that upset a vast majority of fans, they revived him, he brought in bigger sales. 2.Thor, he fights then dies in Ragnorok, upset's a major majority, is resurrected, draws in more fans, becomes a herold of Galctus, saves the multiverse is the MVP of that series, draws in fan support. Storm, Killed by Havok( accidently) fans rave on it, itcauses a big backlash, they bring her back because of her high popularity, now she has her own solo book and is drawing bigger! Lastly and unfortunately Gambit, was killed, made a horseman of Apocolypse, really doesn't draw, some fans voice their grievence, but because he doesn't cause mass hysteria like the first three I mentioned here, Marvel may revive him, but it won't make them buckle and cave in like they did with Storm and in the 616 if they do something that put's Gambit out of the X-men, he may quit the team because for some reason Rogue is done with him and she decides the professor's dream is far bigger than her ship with Gambit, even if this happens, and I would be happy if it does, it won't put a dent in Marvel because Gambit isn't on that hysteria level as Storm! Gambit is a local baseball game with locale players, while Storm is world series tickets!Which do you think will draw sales and please the crowd? Gwen isn't on that level yet, but she like Storm bring people to the shops to see what happens!
Well this is gonna be awkward if 616 Peter knows that Spider Gwen is gonna stay permanently on his earth.
I mean sure Peter already knows about Spider Gwen but um I'm kinda I'm not used to the fact that she is now gonna stay on the same earth.

You really needa be paying attention to that Constantine Dead in America run ongoing. The cosmic lore being delved into alongside the story itself is some of the greatest writing I've ever seen in comics. I'm a film major w/emphasis on screenwriting, so I get extra joy from how strong the writing is currently. Plus Morpheus is in it and DC is folding the dreaming into the sphere of gods and more during this run. You'll have to readdress Dream in new videos after this run is over, you'll likely have to redo DCs cosmoslogy period. I'm waiting for you to jump into following this series.
I think that just like basically every other comic story ever, it depends on how they write it. It could be good, but it could also suck a lot.
A better solution for me would have been to make her more of a Captain Britain-like character in a position where her adventure would be mostly multiversal sheananigans as she definitely is deeply linked to this kind of thing. Could've been fun and she could've showed up in 616 more often idk
