Let's explore the epic, wonderful, and magical backstory of one Nicholas Saint North: better known to the world as Santa Claus! Before North became the leader of the Guardians of Childhood and established himself as Father Christmas, according to the book "Nicholas St. North and the Battle of the Nightmare King" by William Joyce, he started out as a struggling and lonely child in Russia, but would go on to become the Guardian of Wonder, establish the North Pole, and provide gives to all of the children of the world!

One thing I love about the movie is that they introduce him as he's making a new toy and cheering like a kid when it works - it stands to reason, a guy who makes toys all year has to be an overgrown kid himself and love creating new things. But surprisingly, no other movie version of Santa has ever conveyed that side of him before. Maybe it's something only an animator would understand.
