    It's a pity you didn't also mention (although they're expensive) lossless observer elevators

    Why did you use target blocks on the bubble elevators?

    • @OmLedu
      @OmLedu  Před 16 dny +1

      Just to redirect the redstone so that the clock is more compact :]
      Can use the 1st examples of clocks if you don't want to use the target.

    So confused how does the comparitor know there are items in the dropper 5 or 6 blocks up from the one its looking into?

    • @OmLedu
      @OmLedu  Před 14 dny

      It doesn't! It's only checking the bottom dropper. So some items will actually be left in the other droppers until the next time it activates.

      Time 5.22 you put items in the second from top and it started activating. Did I miss something?

      @Jimbobfred84 Před 13 dny +1

      Ohhhh never mind just realised the hoppers never thought of that great idea.

      @@Jimbobfred84 Yeah! Now I will say, that doing it that way will more than likely get more items stuck than just loading from the bottom. I typically use that sort of design for things like connecting farms together. I don't need the elevator to be lossless, but I need it to keep up with the farms, so they don't back up. The stuck items will kick through next time it activates, so it wont clog or anything. I rarely use "lossless" elevators where items don't get stuck, but I did tut some out since I didn't include them in this video :X
