THIS game HASN'T IMPROVED very small things hvae been changed to make the game more fun INFACT MOST things HAVE BEEN RUINED.
THINGS that KILL this game for most players.
RANKED IN ORDER:
1. DESYNC
2. Weight System (Interia, and LOOT weight)
3.Hackers (games infested with cheaters for years now)
4. SH**TTY quest system! (makes you redo boring, un-rewarding quest every wipe) GET AN ACTUAL ;STORYLINE THAT STAYS COMPLETED WITH COMPLETED REWARDS. WE SHOULD GET TO KEEP KAPPA.
5. TERRIBLE FPS and game Optimization!

Shadows and overall graphic visability IS THE WORST ive ever experienced.. AND THEY MADE IT WORSE BY REMOVING NVIDIA color filters that fixed a few issues! - Hry
The community is so toxic with the "well actually" know it all nerds insulting us for having an opinion.
The shitty player base and reading what people say and how they treat new players is what did it for me.
"No the game is perfect, you just suck. Get better."
Even if it's a buggy mess filled with unfairness. (Controls/camera getting stuck, crashing, guns just not shooting, items not working/disappearing from inventory, etc)
Unload an entire 20 round magazine into someone with a vest? They live, spin around, and one shot you. (Head - eyes)
I don't care who you are, 20ish rounds to your chest/upper body and you are dead. So many bullet sponge bosses for a game based on "realism."
Considering how much real footage on youtube there is of people shooting and destroying all types of armor plates and vests, you'd think the devs would use their brains and not make them so overpowered.
The spawns are also absolute garbage. Dying in less than 10 seconds is too common. Literally spawning in the same room as someone and dying to them instantly.
EFT is hot garbage I don’t understand how people haven’t figured this out by now

It’s so annoying when I know I guy is going to run into my doorway and he still manages to kill me before I can even shoot. Literally I’m taking damage before he peaks. So fucking annoying,

1:20 this right here is the biggest issue of the game. Sound and awareness has to be the worst out of all FPS games i ever played..you can be super geared and get 1 tap or whatever from someone camping or extract camping..
The game was perfect gameplaywise two years ago. Bsg doesn't listen, the amount of cheaters and desync hasn't changed over all these years. The lighting is bad the audio is bad, the hitreg is horrible. You need too much xp to play each wipe on lvl 42 casually. You need to play pvp exploiting the desync or high ping, because everyone else is
Veteran of the game playing since 0.11 Labs update in 2018. Funny thing is, I only have 1,500 hours.
Main issues for me is the gameplay loop, secondary issues would have to be d-sync. I think d-sync in current times are much better though, there came a time when server connect loss and d-sycning was at an all time high, the discord was in uproar 24/7.
This also meant that a lot of my experiences of PvP in this game have been tainted by server issues. Really fucks with you when you can't decide whether you're just that bad or if it's not your fault. Coming to realise when you shoot half a mag and the game's post-game report claims "4 shots fired", it probably means you've been fucked over time and time again.
Gameplay loop is the reason why I only h ave 1500 hours, grinding quests in this game just isn't appealing to me... at all. On my first wipe I didn't even realise quests existed and didn't even accept them, so in the following wipes I didn't really care for them. As you get more experience with the game, you realise the only way to sustain yourself with good ammo, weapons and armour is to get high level traders, which means doing quests... Coming to find that out is a real punch in the gut. I tried it 2 or 3 times, got to around level 30 or 40 one wipe. Now here's the kick in the face, you spend all that time doing tedious quests to level your character and get better traders, but once you get to that point, you're so burnt out of the game from doing shitty quests you hate that you just quit altogether for that wipe. like, can you believe that? Happened to the guys I'd see grind for kappa container too. They'd grind and grind and grind and finally get the container... AND THEN NEVER USE IT! I dunno man, the gameplay loop is such a joke and it advocated grind-like, no-life behaviour and it's a total time-sink.

I feel like I get the jump on people and then they somehow shoot and kill me immediately it doesn't make any sense lol. In less than a second there is like no fight its lame af. Scavs have aim bot even if you are shooting them they will somehow be able to 1 shot head eyes me in random matches. Its horrible

I have been playing Tarkov for 5 years now.. I recently switched to Hunt Showdown ( a cheaper and better game with a prestige system and rewarding raids every time) and I am so happy and I am enjoying every second...
That game is dogshit purely because the crosshair is at the bottom of the screen lmao I refuse to play it, as well as 6 of my friends. None of us can play it. I mean who thought of that anyway?? "Hey guys, I have a great idea, let's put the crosshair at the bottom of the screen! DuUUrRR

Aiming also feels horrible and all weapons have terrible bullet travel that's nonexistent irl with the firearms they've put in the game as for the crosshair there was absolutely no reason for it other then they wanted to be "unique"
Hunt showdown is awesome, complaining about the crosshairs is weird, didn’t even notice it until 200 hours in because I watched a video which stated it. After learning it it made sense, gives you a more vertical view of everything.
And all the micro transactions/dlc are purely cosmetic, meanwhile in tarkov you can pay for more stash….. so that’s an odd thing to complain about lol. Hunt showdown is so good and the best part, CONSISTENT. but if you’re going to freak out over a lowered crosshairs then it’s not for you I guess lol.
As for the other guy, the unique part is great. I would rather unique addition over hyper realism. Managing hunger and thirst outside of the raid? That’s not fun, that’s annoying af. Hunt Showdown beats tarkov easy. More realistic isn’t more fun, and EFT is a perfect example of that.
A friend got me starter edition because he wanted me to try it. I liked it decided to buy EOD. Biggest waste of money I ever did.
Soon as this streets wipe started, performance is terrible im lucky to get 60 fps (on streets im lucky to get 45 fps), graphics are overrated in this game. While the graphics are pretty in most aspecs, there are many better looking games. The trees and vegetation look like shit as well. The audio is terrible (you hear someone to your right, but they aren't actually there).
And to top all that off, I got banned for no reason. Don't use cheats or have cheat engine installed on my pc or anything like that. Account is permanently ban, and no reason given at all. My best guess is Battle Eye got tricked into thinking I was hacking because the lag was so awful on the streets patch I was rubber banding all over the place, flagged me from a false positive and now I cannot play a game I paid over £100 for (I bought my friend elden ring for xmas to pay him back for getting me tarkov starter). Very nice
I understand its a beta and to encounter problems in performance and what not is to be expected, and I was fine with the game despite its flaws. But after being banned for no reason, I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone
Don't make the same mistake I did, avoid this game like the plague. If you ignore this advice then at least take this advice, do not play this game on a fresh wipe. That is likely what got me banned, wait until all the hotfixes are out and the game is running better.

The problem is they fixed that, but so much of Nikita's terrible game design ruins the game regardless.
SCAVs either do nothing or one tap with headshots using ammo that shouldn't actually do enough damage to kill you but does anyway. They also, depending on what the AI SCAV spawns with, can have almost DOUBLE the HP of a PMC. Scavs, depending on tier of loot table they spawn with, can have anywhere from the normal 440HP to 740HP. They have extra head health too, meaning it takes two headshots to kill them with certain ammo, ammo that would kill anyone else in game outside AI if shot in the face. Some scav bosses have aimbot aim and up to 8000 HP. Thats bad game design, a artificial boost to bad AI for difficulty and it feels terrible.
Ammo that can actually pen mid tier armor and up is now unattainable for anyone who doesnt main Tarkov. If you dont play ONLY tarkov and grind for dozens of hours, you literally wont kill anyone. The armor eats all damage, then they shoot right through yours and kill you. If you dont start right away in wipe, and if you have any outside obligation from tarkov, you arent making end game until a week before the next wipe. Bad game design.
The game has abysmally bad RNG. Rounds that should pen a t3 helmet reliably from behind will bounce three four shots in a row sometimes, often for no reason, then the guy will turn and instantly head eyes you. Having RNG added top pen chance is bad game design. Certain items are so rare you can literally not complete tasks barring you from progression. I'm about to hit 20, I have seen literally 0 flash drives as loot in 20 levels. Thats bad game design. Blue rarity quest items should not be that rare.
Desync is as bad as it always was, people can be full sprint and kill you before you ever even see them raise the gun, people shooting before they even come around corners because they are ahead of where your client sees them. Cheating is also as uninterrupted as its ever been. To curtail this they made a lot of stuff unavailable on the flea market on top of making them un-drop-able in raid, problem is that doesnt fix the cheating. It only hurts the non-cheaters, because now a friend cant drop you a item you need (like some matches if you have bad RNG and cant find any), but cheaters are still walling and using aimbot. Cheaters still vacuum loot. Cheaters still use ricochet cheats to kill everyone on the map. BSG doesnt have the skill to fix it despite having MORE than enough money in sales profit to hire ACTUAL Devs that could.
This is only like 20% (MAYBE) of the games issues right now. I didnt even talk about the bad audio, bad lighting, bad performance, and terrible quest design, the balancing around streamers instead of the normal playerbase. Its just a poorly made game, its unfun.
The only reason we all still play is because of the dopamine hit you get when you kill someone who has worse RNG and desync at the moment than you do.

fact there isnt a smart watch or gps combo that would highlight extracts instead of having to use ur RL phone or other monitor to use a map is asinine
ive owned EOD early 2017...game has mostly been sheet...even in the early days...i enjoy it being less spongey as it is now cuz the difference in gear was made even worse back n the day
i engage players NP besides the gimmick style meta...its the cheese drive AI that bothers me most along w/the player spawn points...fights dont unfold over the map or feel dynamic...often ur into tha sheet 30sec into a match as some1 sprints down ur spawn point

That's really my biggest problem with the game you need to do so much homework before you start playing and have a second monitor with a map on this game is so unfriendly to new players.

@@JoshDoes I was lvl 22 when I quit. People often say skill isue, but I clerly see that the game is broken in so many ways. Especily audio is the worst I have ever seen.
I stopped playing this garbage when I shot 3 shotgun shells point blank (one of them directly ln the head) and still didn't kill the guy, but then he shot me right to the head and killed me instantly. Before that, same thing happened when I emptied half a magazine of a HK 416A5 (also point blank) only to get myself killed by one bullet to the head. Lets not begin with optimization...40 bucks for a beta that runs 30 fps in a rtx3060, total scam.

The worst thing about this fucking game is the weight system, literally punishing you for being good and looting your kills. You loot one person and you aren't next to extract, if you don't have mule you better hope you don't see anyone or you are just fucked.

@@JoshDoes if you havent done chemical part 4 hand it into therapist and then u get injector case. I keep a mule in there every raid in case I go big. Plus it's nice cuz I always guarantee loot any stims I find in raid I do usually pick up quite a few.

The truth of this video is if you learn every corner of this map, every spot to loot/camp it gets dull and repetetive. I will never forget when I was learning this game and the fear that I needed to overcome entering every map.The only thing i find exciting now is the progression of the quest/loot since new wipe. I hope BSG will do sth with this game in future. :)

Lmao one of your complaints is that you should keep Kappa and have quests still completed through wipe. People not having to redo quests would defeat the purpose of wipe. That's a terrible idea. Also, the patch that just came out is fantastic. If you don't like a game you should always quit, but some of your complaints are ridiculous.

First thing i noticed is that around 3:40 min mark you said the game is trash and dont buy it, as a consumer you once were that also makes you the trash that bought the trash game.. Game is amazing and everyone should take a shot at it, just because you are angry of some features doesnt mean the game is trash, once again when you enter the game it says this "This game is still in BETA and its not a full product of the final game" Which literally denies all your arguments about de-sync, fps, ping, etc etc you said.. They do actually fix bugs, internet coding, scav behaviour, etc.. But we as people always tend to see the BAD things that are happening in the game, not the good ones.. I play this game for more than 4 years and when you see the game before and now, there were A LOT of improvements.. About graphics i run amd rx590 8gb, 16gb ram and amd ryzen 7 8core processor 3.4ghz and my avg FPS is around 55 an all maps combined(So graphic wise the game is really suffering for "low tier" pc builds). Also is it pay to win? Definitely YES thats the only thing i can agree with you.. Dont get me wrong i just came to tell you how i understand you and to share my opinion. Best regards!

fair opinion, i respect it though, THERE is a reason I did happen to play nearly 2k hours. IT AINT actually trash. I WAS def mad but these are some game ruining issues for me and many others.
I've played games with more impressive graphics at much higher frame rates. and the weight and movement stuff was completely nerfed and over the top for a video game. thats the main knife in the chest.
