Every light in the house had to be off, just before the intro. I was a fanatic. I still have old recordings on vhs, and dvd's. As much has changed since childhood:it remains to this day, My favorite show.
This has and always will be my favorite show. I don't care how old i am this show was so spooky at times that's why i liked it.. The beginning theme music tho sounded better..

I saw this show about, I would think, twelve years or so ago when it was on television. I remember the title of one, The Tale Of The Wisdom Glass, and another was about a bad spirit who stole the youth of anyone who went into an old house. It had to be in its last season. I want to get the whole series on DVD for my birthday. Man, we had all the cool stuff, it seems.
the episode that scared the shit out of me was the tale of dead man's float. I also didn't mind the tale of many faces. deff creepy, I wish they would put this show buck on so many memories.

Anybody remember the skeleton hand grabbing the kid from under the bed? I remember seeing that, then taking a huge leap onto and off of my bed for a while after that.

I used to try and buy everything I saw in the bedrooms of the characters! Thats the kind of fan I was.

I’m gonna admit it.. as much as I love the show and all its creepiness, the number one reason I watched this was the bitchin’ outro theme.
I have the outro theme extended and on my cars USB stick.

To be honest, I like the credits theme music in AYAOTD? Seasons 1-5 better than the one in Seasons 6 and 7.
