Turn/Brake/Tail combiner circuit
In this video, I demonstrate my turn/brake combiner circuit.
At the start of the video, I have the circuit disabled - The original orange lamps are used for turn signals and red for braking.
By enabling the circuit (Plugging in a cigarette lighter) both the braking and turning signals are diverted to the red lamps.
This system is widely used in the USA and on classic British cars.
When a turn signal is activated, the respective lamp is isolated from the braking ring via relays, and the blinking turn signal is routed to it.
A capacitor on each relay keeps it energised during the off cycle of the flashing.

GTA IV Motorway Hell

A small explosion on the motorway sets off a chain reaction. Half way through, I have to fire a rocket to get things going again. Even though there not real, you sort of feel sorry for them lol. Apologies for the low quality - I had to record the TV screen, with my phone supported on a tripod.

How did you use ? If you can send the schematics, works with leds too ?
Sorry for the slow response. I don't use this channel anymore. Basically you have to cut the existing wires to the rear lamp cluser and then put this in the middle. A third cutout relay will resume normal functionality in the event you decide you don't want to use the feature anymore. If you can use LED retrofit bulbs in your existing turn signal without hyperflash, then yes. However, you'd want to use the red LED in the brake lights for this. It was made with off the shelf components. Just make sure the relays can handle about 2A of current. Capacitors were 16v 1000uf, and the diodes were just standard IN4001.

Extremely similar to Qbert. I wish they'd make a "Roo-bert" where you are a kangaroo jumping on rocks to collect what you need and having to avoid dingoes and Tasmanian devils and other hazards
Thanks for the vid but a tad slower would be nice. Fortunately the player can be stopped and backed up. Maybe a slow speed option on the player would be advantageous.
