Very cool, Very elegant. I appreciate the shortcuts too! I could have used those a couple years ago! When my coworker asks how to do something in excel, I always answer with shortcuts (Control, Space, Alt, A, E...etc). I never knew that semi-colon trick (sum of one value plus all values before it) or the weird if statement with the asterisk! Thanks, I was wondering about a construction draw schedule.
Very thorough explanation, I have a few questions if I may: If the funding case was prorate (no prioritization of equity over debt as in your example) what function could I use instead of: Minimum? Also, if there was an upfront equity (land acquisition) how can I enter it without effecting the draw schedule and how will that effect the gearing ratio? Many thanks!
