This home is more practical and livable than some others they’ve toured. Nicole is cool and an amazing artist. She’s seems very creative, aside from her art. Likely a good designer. Beautiful home, thanks Nicole and guys for sharing !

Omg i was thinking the same. No attitude, no ego, no problem silly talking and she was also comfortable with adam. If you have watched other house tours of Michael. Other house tourers literally hate it when adam and michael starts silly talking but she had no problem with it and in fact was happily talking with both. As if she knew them since ages. Tatiana and Nicole is probably my favorite house tourers till date

The house is beautiful, but Nicole is even more beautiful. It's not just her looks, but it's her personality. She doesn't act like a snob, and she's open to conversation. I love people who have positive vibes around them. Plus, she is extremely talented, her art work is awesome. What a great gift to give to him.

Compared to a lot of houses you've shown this $5m house looks like a bargain.
The only issue I have with the place is the lack of garden area and the fact that the neighbours overlook your pool bathing area.
Still, very cool place.
The area is nice. But its surrounded by the ghetto. You literally have to drive through a shithole to get anywhere.

Such an awesome house! The first thing that came to my mind about the elevator was the pipe from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory 😄 the Scarface elevator came second because in the film it's a Silver and White one. That Cadillac is nuts! I was secretly hoping it had bouncing hydraulics 😄
