Wrapping up the wiring on the 1988 Harley Davidson FXR [2023 build series]

In this episode I complete nearly all the head light bucket wiring on the FXR. I also make some decisions on what I want to do with the front turn signals and the tail light.

I ran into the same problem with my 93 sportster. I used the moons mc fly eye for the headlight and moons mc makes and led tail light with integrated turn signals for the fxr. Also used a custom dynamics load equalizer to make the led turn signals work

I just ran into the same exact problems with my 89 superglide and it ended up turning into building an entirely new wiring harness using an M unit, toying with the idea of making a video of it too. I'm eager to see the progress on this bike!

Thanks man! I am trying to get into a rhythm with the videos but this is definitely a hobby.
Yeah I know it's a shame to cut a part up, but it's really the easiest solution in this scenario.
Someday I want to do an m-unit on this bike too. I just can't bring myself to drop $600 yet.
