i grew up with an alcoholic mother, and i guess my mother’s side didn’t want me near them that much cause i would cause problems.
and even after the court decided that i couldn’t see my mom for three years, they still didn’t want to spend time with me.. my dad would say “call us when you want to see angela.”

cause i’m just known as the niece/cousin who causes problems.
My mom was a neglective abusive drug addict and I am the scapegoat of the family so when my mom left for two years everything fell apart and it turns out she went to rehab she waited 9 years and I know I shouldn't give her a chance but you cant put a family back together and she broke that trust and love years ago so I just kinda hate her for that

Insted of family, this entire video can relate to the friendships I worked so hard to keep together that just fell apart. My whole world world shatter everytime someone i trusted hurt me. My dad died when I was born so it feels like I was abandoned by him and my mother gives all her attention to my brother bc he has heart problems and no one really pays attention to me. My mam always asks my brother how his tests and stuff went and I can’t ever remember her asking me and all I want is for her to pay attention to me and care about ME more than my brother
This is literally my life. My father just moved to another city with my step mother and siblings 2 weeks ago and he didn't even tell us directly. He only told my sister about it because she asked. He stayed the night with us after 11 years just because he was leaving us. He said he'll come once every week which I know will change into months in no time. He still hasn't told my mother directly that he has left. I was the closest to my father but he left us when I was 4 at that time and my brother was just 1 year old. He said that we have a man with us. An year old child was a man to him. I just hope that he doesn't ever come back to us. Even though he's my father, he never acted like one. He never loved us like his own children. He never loved us. We could've been a perfect family but he just had to ruin it. I really wish no one goes through what happened to us. It's 2 in the morning and i want to cry once again.. He really wasn't there when we were children. He says he loves us but he really wasn't there for us, to love us.

I don’t think parents realize, just because we have nice things a nice life, a happy family, easy way of living doesn’t make our feelings any less valid then someone who doesn’t have these things. Depression is harder to cure when people feel like that their feelings don’t matter just because someone has it harder then them. Majority of these people are kids. And kids *aint* supposed to be grateful. They are supposed to be *loved* .

Hi I’m Kayla and when I was 13 my mum left me and my abusive dad. For years I was raped on a daily basis and hit by my dad. Once he even broke my jaw and another time he broke my wrist in 4 places he grabbed me that hard. I have self harmed since I was 9 and have attempted to take my life twice. But when I was 14 I ran away and finally went to the police about all the awful things that had happen to me. My dad was arrested and to this day is still in prison and I haven’t spoken to my mum the day I left. When my dad was arrested I was taken into care. A few months later i was fostered and then later adopted by this amazing and kind family they treat me like there own and I can finally say that I am home.
No matter how hard things get, it will get better trust me. ❤️
