    The lowest note of the line (which is the third note) is an Eb on alto, an Ab on tenor, or a Gb concert.
    If you get stuck with a note, feel free to ask a question about it in a comment.
    Try using your ears.
    Since you know that the line uses the five notes of the minor pentatonic scale as well as the one extra note for the chromatic trill, you should be able to get it with a little practice. And since I'm playing it slowed down in parts of the video.

    Just for the completeness, I think you should mention that the last three notes of the line are followed with "Doit" (bend up).

    There is actually a grace note on the recording. Its a trill and not a turn. Trumpet plays no trill but sax does

      That wasn't the approach I took for the video. Did you write down the notes if you felt like that would help you?
