From a 43 year old woman from Australia who has been homebound over 4 years with chronic pain conditions these wilderness adventures use to be what my life was made of. Watching your freedom Hitomi and courage to follow your heart makes me so happy, I love seeing young women taking paths into the unknown both in and out. I may never be able to hike, dance, cook, do yoga, meet friends in the world again and in these long days and nights of wretched pain it was adventures like the ones you are taking that stay with me. What you are living is precious Hitomi and the way you revel in and absorb your experiences is precisely what life is about. Do you ever feel fearful going out into nature or on walks on your own as a female? If so, how do you deal with this. My fear is holding me back from venturing out into nature alone. ❤️❤️
I think it depends on where you go. I wouldn't do the Appalachian Trail by myself, but I've hiked all over Arizona by myself. I haven't gone overnight, though. I always meet the coolest people on the trails if I see someone. I've never had problems.

I think it depends on where you go. I wouldn't do the Appalachian Trail by myself, but I've hiked all over Arizona by myself. I haven't gone overnight, though. I always meet the coolest people on the trails if I see someone. I've never had problems.
