I enjoyed the tour of the home. I think navigating a home this size in a video is difficult and the host did a nice job. I just was wondering if the builder builds only in Virginia or if they also build in Georgia?
Beautiful house. These tours would be better if you just did a walkthrough without a host coming along. Cameraman followed the host but missed showing close-up of mudroom, powder room and patio view of the 2 faced fireplace. Its the features of the home and how the spaces flow/layout I want to see from a builder. Just a suggestion.
It is a valid way to do it, but he did fine. Maybe less use of the word “cool” but then Joanna Gaines uses the word “really” is just about every third sentence. Really.
Nice. I'd change the chandelier in the dining-room and would've done the master-bathroom a little differently (that shower area is way too big) but, hey, if that's what the owners want.... Still, for what's shown as far as the builders are concern, you guys really hooked the place up. Nice and spacious (I like that). 👍
Nice. However, when I saw houses, cars and a stop sign directly out the dining room window my interest immediately left. I live near some half million dollar homes and they are all back to back.. no land, no space. This house would be 10x more appealing on some land. Just my thoughts.
Nice house. Probably about $1M something, in that location. Which is it? Arlington or Falls Church? I didn’t know you could have windows with black on the exterior and white inside. Neat feature. I don’t know if I’ll need to put up windows anytime soon within the time period when black is popular, but I’ll keep that in mind. Seems like you’ve done great work. I would like to have seen more copper in the kitchen to have the lights make more design sense, but maybe they intend to have some other items like canisters, etc., to help it make sense. I don’t care for the very large door handles in the kitchen cabinets. It distracts from the Shaker style and almost clashes. I hope the family is very happy with their choices.

CUSTOM? I'm really confused why this Builder sites call these houses custom. Shouldn't the owner have full control of the design and layout and not just the hardwares if they're going to be considered custom? They should call them SEMI custom instead to avoid confusion. I always thought of customs as owners having involvement from the ground up.
