Health food prepped or cooked or bought ahead helps me so much.

I use paper plates for my teens snacks, saves me a lot of washing up.

Decluttering is off the tracks recently...all my hard work in the garage and the garbage truck only empties half the bin! So I felt compelled to make a complaint with the city. And I have a sick dog and working on an alternative therapy for him.

Paper plates. When I know I won't have time to wash the plates, I use disposable paper plates. It's easier, and it keeps me on track. It's not every day. It's a needed shortcut sometimes.

I'm embarrassed to admit that I use paper plates and plastic utensils... daily! I have suffered a number of setbacks, of late, and my energy is depleted. I do *recycle* the plastic utensils after using them, though.

@@SoCalG310 Don't be embarrassed. I used disposable everything in the last month I was clearing out a house. And sometimes still, I use disposable plates and utensils if I don't get have time to clean up. They're tools.
My area only recycles #1 and #2 plastics, so I end up putting the plastic utensils in the regular trash. It's better to do that here and at the place I cleared out.
All of the disposable stuff has gotten expensive. I have on occasion used an old plate that is at the end of its useful life (where the glossy coating has worn down), and I wrap it and throw it out after I use it. I wrap it so if it breaks it won't tear the trash bag and/or cut the garbage men. Wish you the best. Hang in there.

@@elisaangel9789 Thanks. I do wash the plastic utensils from time to time, especially the knives that are easiest to wipe clean. One of these days... I'll get back to washing the dishes! 🙃 To compound my overwhelm... I don't have a dishwasher in my current home. It was easier with a dishwasher!

@@SoCalG310 I do that too since the plastic utensils are relatively expensive these days. My dishwasher in a box in a bedroom. I am renovating and the house is a bit of a mess. It will be like that a few months longer.
