My Dad had a 1984 version of the Park Avenue, that looked very similar to this, back in the day. Drove this car to my junior prom. Well what great memories.

Clocked this Beautiful car on eBay..would have loved to buy it ! My dad brought a 77 Le Sabre back from Florida in 84. Love the early / mid 80's yanks like the Le Sabre and Buick Riviera but especially the the Olds 98. Beautiful plush land cruisers and last of the true classic big American cars.

Beautiful! My grandmother bought a new 1984 similar to this. She passed away in 2012 and the car had 26k miles. My brother totaled it out 2 weeks after getting it.

Sorry about your grandmom's loss. I lost mine several years ago too. It hurts. Yes, these were beautiful American cars.
We had a more basic version of this car back in the day and I used to think it was so ugly. I don’t think that now. It makes me smile and would love to have it as weekend driver.
Maybe back in the day we all took the shape for granted ,now we don't see it, we long for it more ,a great car , now has a really happy new owner ,delivered this week 😀

I have had both Buicks and Fords, for some reason it looks like the paint on the Buicks has lasted longer than on the Fords. Buicks excel in luxury. Beautiful cars.
I miss this one day by day ,but just got back from a 3500 mile road trip in our 76 Caddy Eldorado Convertible, from UK to Spain and back and I just love that thing ,its my number 1😀

Such a great car. I got rid of mine, to my regret, with 317,000 miles.
I would Like top buy this Beauty. The problem. I am from Germany and after brexit its nearly Impossible due to No direct way to Germany. So sad.
She is a beauty thank you,You can still buy from the UK, just the same as if you imported from the US or Japan or anywhere else in the world but without the logistics ,you can drive it home ,we still export many motorbikes to Holland and Germany , its still very easy compared to bringing from elsewhere 🙂
@@therealtoyshop according to my information it is not so easy because the car has to be taxed in the country where it first enters. this makes it complicated and expensive. if I could drive through to Germany and only declare it there, it would work. I will keep researching. Cant get this Car Out of my head🥰
I don't think that is correct ,well it might be, but what is to stop me driving it to you, as I can drive the car anywhere in Europe and don't have to pay any taxes ,I park it on your driveway and decide I no longer want it 🤔 ,how would you import one from the USA into Germany
@@therealtoyshop Unfortunately, this is a fact and concerns more people than expected. it's a good idea that you, as the owner, drive the car to Germany. It would then have to be deregistered in your home country. That should work, at least I think so. importing a car from usa is easy. overseas to Bremerhaven.
