Happy to listen today and found out that it was his birth anniversary.
I had the good fortune to hear this musician at his "Arangettam" at Guruvayur Temple East Nada some 40 years ago( I do not rememberthe exact date) Ihad not heard even his name then. But on hearing his recital I did believe that he will one day become a great musicianLater I had occasion to hear his recitals at various places. We have lost one of the best proponent of Saxophone.
