Mueng Ngoi, Laos, May 2023

Mueng Ngoi is a beautiful village on the Nam Ou river in Laos, about 40 minutes by boat north of Nong Khiaw. The village offers spectacular views both above and below ground. Tourist numbers are very low and traditional village life still continues undisturbed.
