You dont need a car. The bus system is amazing and we have the tri rail that connects from West Palm Beach to Miami,brightline,and metro rail. The most you would need is a bike

Sailboat bend is a great neighborhood. So close to downtown but far enough away to be out of the chaos
Are the HOA fees going up substantially i hear?
Starting in 2025, a new state law will require condo boards with buildings that are 3 stories are higher to set aside money in reserves to cover the cost for future, major repairs. This money will be paid by current and future owners so yes, fees will most likely be going up
@@livingsoflo is that only within a certain distance to the ocean? I believe it really targets foundations and waterproofing as a result of the issues that caused the big condo collapse.
