    Perform the LED Sync process:
-Turn ignition power ON (do not start bike)
-Turn 4 way hazard flashers ON
    -Turn ignition power OFF
-Let hazard flashers run for 3 minutes
    -Turn ignition power back ON
-Turn 4 way hazard flashers OFF
That worked perfect to mine FXBB 2018.

If that doesn't work, a load balancer will. The hyper flash is due to the reduced draw by the led signals, which causes the computer to think there is a problem.

Hubby had the same issues hyperflashin with the SikTail he installed on his M8 Breakout, easy fix was to install CanBus Load equalizer pretty much screw them on and they are done, clear your codes and away you go, an easy investment of $8 each he needed 4 of them, he did a short video on my site, i ordered the same and got the load equalisers through our dealer and they are available online, cheers

I'm not entirely sure if it makes a difference because your signals are soldered but these are the instructions we had to use to get the indicators to stop blinking fast to on my brothers 2019 Harley Davidson Street bob. Hope this helps!
The BCM can self-learn once LED turn signals are installed if Hazards are active
    after installation.
    • Turn the ignition ON. Activate 4-way Hazards. Turn the ignition OFF and let the Hazards run for 3 minutes. Turn the
ignition back ON and turn off the 4-way Hazards. Turn the ignition OFF and then back ON.
    • Check for proper turn signal operation in all modes. You may need to repeat the procedure if the turn signals still flash
    rapidly.

I did the same thing with my fat bob and I also had the quick flashing indicator. I found out that it is because the ecu sets a DTC for both front turn signals shorted all you have to do is clear the DTC's and it will work normal. Also if you have a fuel pack tuner you can also clear codes that way. That is How I got my signal indicator to flash properly. hope this helps.

Both are great however , I have the same issue as you with the fast blinking dash light . You will also find that when you cycle through your diagnostics the BCM fault codes come up B2146c and B2141c which translates to both front right and left signal is open . There is no fault on the rear as they were originally leds . Jus the front two . I’ve tried the hazard light sync method an no win yet .
