He is mad at the army/government for not taking good care of him. His friends were blown to pieces in front of his eyes by a suicide bomber in a house in the west bank, and then the rest of the unit was attacked by an RPG if I'm not mistaken. He feels guilty that he survived and his friends didn't. He was not released from service after the incident, just transferred from unit to unit. He wants the government to allow the use of cannabis in cases of post truama, after they stopped giving prescriptions for that. That's why he is upset, poor guy.
